RESEPI PAPRIK UDANG

Udang sebenarnya boleh dimasak pelbagai resepi dan sangat mudah untuk disediakan. Bukan sahaja muda disediakan malah dibersihkan dan sangat sedap apabila dimakan.

Kali ini saya ingin berkongsi dengan anda resepi sangat mudah iaitu Resepi Paprik Udang. Semoga bermanfaat

Bahan-Bahan:

o   10 – 15  ekor udang sederhana besar agak berat dalam 1/2kg untuk kesemua udang - dibersihkan dan digunting bahagian belakang
o   1 ulas bawang putih – dicincang halus
o   1biji lada merah besar - yang telah dikisar
o   Sedikit cili padi - dibelah atau kisar pun boleh
o   2 helai daun limau purut - disiat
o   1 batang serai - diketuk
o   1/2 biji bawang holland - di hiris kasar
o   2 sudu sos tiram
o   Sedikit sos cili
o   Sedikit kacang panjang, jagung muda, lobak - dipotong
o   Sedikit air
o   Minyak untuk menumis

Cara-Cara untuk masak:

o   Panaskan minyak, masukkan bawang putih, lada kisar, cili padi,
serai dan daun limau. Tumis hingga wangi.

o Masukkan sos tiram, sos cili dan sedikit air. Bila dah mendidih, masukkan udang, bawang holand dan sayur yang telah dipotong tadi. Kacau rata dan rasakan garam.

o  Tak perlu letak garam sebab sos tiram dan sos cili dah cukup rasa masin dan manisnya.

o   Bila udang dah masak, tutup api, angkat dan hidangkan.

Shrimp paprika recipe





Prawns can actually be cooked in a variety of recipes and are very easy to prepare. Not only is the young prepared and even cleaned and very tasty when eaten.

This time I would like to share with you a very simple recipe of Paprika Shrimp Recipe. Hopefully useful

Ingredients:

o   10 - 15 large medium shrimps are quite heavy in 1 / 2kg for all shrimp - cleaned and cut off the back
o   1 clove garlic - finely chopped
o   1 large red pepper - which has been blended
o   A little bit of chilli - split or even can be
o   2 strips of lime leaves - preheated
o   1 lemonade - tapped
o   1/2 holland onion - in rough beech
o   2 tablespoons oyster sauce
o   A little chilli sauce
o   A few long beans, young corn, turnip - cut
o   Little water
o   Oil to saute

Ways to cook:

o   Heat oil, add garlic, ground peppers, chilli beans, Lemon grass and lemon leaves. Stir fry until fragrant.

o   Add oyster sauce, chilli sauce and a little water. When boiling, add the shrimps, onions and vegetables that have been cut. Stir well and taste salt.

o   There's no need to store salt because oyster sauce and chilli sauce are quite salty and sweet.

o   When the shrimp is cooked, cover fire, remove and serve.
